Our staff

We have two qualified managers, two kitchen staff and several volunteers.

Our drivers

We are always pleased to hear from anyone who would like to help by driving our clients to and/or from the Day Centre. We pay the maximum HMRC rate of 45 pence per mile from when you leave home, collect the client(s), bring them to the Day Centre and return home again. Please do contact us if you would like to help.

Visiting Specialists

Our visiting specialists include, hearing aid cleaning, battery replacement and servicing, foot care and finger nail painting.

Our longest standing client and volunteer!

Volunteering at the day centre is a very worthwhile and rewarding way to give something back to your local community.

You will serve food and drink, and generally help with making everybody comfortable.

We often have quizzes, bingo and several other forms of entertainment and if you would like to, you can help with these.

One of the best ways you can help is simply chatting to people. The day centre can be the main form of contact for some people and they love to talk!
